Return & Refund Policy
We at Purefuli ensure that every product is created and delivered with utmost care and quality. We hope you will love our products as much as we do. But in case you wish to return a product, please reach out to us — we will take care of everything for you.
We offer refunds/replacements only in the following cases:
· You received a wrong shipment
· You received a damaged product
· You received a defective product
· You received an expired product (if applicable)
In any of the above cases, please raise a return/replacement request within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.

No return or claim will be acceptable or valid after the completion of 7 days from the delivery date.
Please allow us 48 hours to review your request. Once your request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup.
Our courier partner will collect the product from your doorstep.
Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect the issue.
If the problem described by you is verified, we will initiate your refund within 24 hours.
